晟启低温带式干化机为自主研发核心装备，可将含水率83%的市政及工业污泥干化至10%–30%，减量最高达90%，能耗低、无二次污染，广泛应用于市政、印染、造纸、电镀、化工、制药等领域。干化后的污泥可用于焚烧发电、掺烧、堆肥及建材原料，真正实现无害化、减量化、资源化。

SHINCCI low-temperature Sludge Dryer is a core independently developed equipment. It can dry municipal and industrial sludge with a moisture content of 83% down to 10%–30%, achieving a volume reduction rate of up to 90%. Featuring low energy consumption and zero secondary pollution, it is widely used in municipal, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The dried sludge can be used for incineration power generation, co-combustion, composting and building materials, truly realizing harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource utilization.

1.Moisture removal ratio up to 1:4.5, more than twice the industry standard: With multi-effect heat recovery condensation and dehumidification technology, the specific moisture extraction rate (SMER) can reach over 4.5kg·H₂O/kW·h, leading the industry in energy efficiency.

2.Fully enclosed design: No odor or waste gas leakage; condensed water can be directly discharged into the pipe network, allowing flexible deployment in factories or centralized treatment centers.

3. Low-temperature operation, safe and dust-free: Drying at a low temperature of 40–75℃, with discharge temperature below 50℃, enabling direct storage without secondary cooling.
